1. Seller Identity

2. Pre-order Model (Transparency)

Our watches are produced: 

• In limited series
• Or made-to-order

This approach ensures:

✔️ Responsible production
✔️ Rigorous quality control
✔️ Exclusive pieces
✔️ No overstock management Advance payment is used exclusively to finance the production of your timepiece.

3. Contract Formation

A contract is established when:

• Your order is confirmed
• Full payment has been received
• A confirmation email is sent

You will then receive thoughtful updates on the progress of your watch.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in CHF and include:

• Swiss VAT (where applicable)
• Secure packaging

Delivery fees are displayed separately before final confirmation—no hidden charges.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon placing your order. Accepted methods include:

• Credit card
• Bank transfer
• Other secure methods as indicated

All transactions are processed via trusted and secure providers.

6. Production and Delivery

Estimated production time: 3 to 6 months from order confirmation. This may vary depending on:

• Small-batch craftsmanship
• Supplier schedules
• Quality assurance procedures
• Shipping logistics

Our commitment:

In Case of Significant Delay (Art. 102 CO)

Should the delivery period be substantially exceeded, you may:

• Set a reasonable additional deadline in writing
• Cancel the contract if delivery does not occur
• Receive a full refund

7. Delivery and Risk

Watches are dispatched:

• Fully insured
• With tracking
• In secure, protective packaging

In accordance with Art. 185 CO, the risk passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

8. Warranty (Arts. 197 et seq. CO)

We provide the statutory warranty against defects. Duration: 6 years from delivery (standard practice in Switzerland). In the event of a defect:

• Priority repair
• Replacement if necessary
• Price reduction
• Contract resolution in case of serious defect

Not covered:

• Normal wear and tear
• Shocks or impacts
• Improper use
• Unauthorized interventions

9. Voluntary Return Policy

Swiss law does not provide an automatic right of withdrawal.

Nevertheless, we voluntarily offer a return period of [3 days] after receipt, provided:

• The watch remains unworn
• It is complete
• It is in pristine condition

⚠️ Customised or numbered watches may be excluded.

10. Cancellation Before Production

If production has not yet begun:

→ Full refund possible If manufacturing has started:
→ A contribution towards the actual costs incurred may be requested Each case is handled with fairness and care.

11. Liability

We are liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted under Swiss law.

Indirect damages (e.g., loss of profit) are excluded. 

12. Data Protection (nLPD)

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.

We commit to:

✔️ Securing it with technical measures
✔️ Using it solely for the fulfilment of your order

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies.

The place of jurisdiction is the seller’s registered office, unless mandatory provisions dictate otherwise.
